Gothenburg February 16th 2021: ?KRAHN Chemie, a family-owned chemical distribution company with a history spanning over 100 years, has acquired a majority stake in Temper Technology AB. It is another exciting chapter in the development of Temper Technology, the world class manufacturer of sustainable and energy-efficient heat transfer fluids and antifreeze products, further enhancing skill-sets and market knowledge for the benefit of its customers and distributors.
In order to bundle the new activities, a new company, KRAHN Nordics AB, has been established. Chatarina Schneider, co-owner of KRAHN Nordics AB and former Managing Director of the acquired entities, will now act as Managing Director of KRAHN Nordics AB.
